Can I order by phone?
We always prefer to confirm real orders by email
Can I cancel/make changes to the order I just placed?
– You can always make changes or cancel the order before your payment ( no more than 1 day from signing the contract/ confirmed order)
– You can still make change/ cancellation to your order within 2 hours after you have made payment,. However, in this case, please contact us directly via our hotline, or contact us via Live Chat service on our website
We can send you the sample of available items (usually items from our previous orders).
If the items are not available at that time, you will need to charge for the sampling fee and shipping fee.
In case you have a mass order,we will return your sample fee before bulk production.
1. SUBMIT ORDER
You can place an order by submitting your ideas, pictures or videos via email: email@example.com. Your ideas will provide the designer the information necessary to create a custom design you’ll love. Please be as detailed as possible. The more information you share, the easier it will be for your designer to capture the look you are hoping for.
1.1 CREATE A FOLDER – Please send images/ videos in a folder that show the colors and styles you like. Our designers will create your custom pop-up cards based on this folder.
1.2 SEND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION – Please send to firstname.lastname@example.org any additional information needed for your design. Everything you submit will be filed with your order folder.
2. MAKE PAYMENT
FULL PAYMENT of design fee is required before processing your ORDER. If you make 50% deposit, you will be invoiced the remaining balance before sending the samples via email. Please send all payments via Paypal to email@example.com
3. ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once your order is submitted and your payment is done, the designer will create a 3D preview of your proposed design. The 3D preview will be emailed to you as soon as it is ready. Because your feedback plays such an important part in creating a design you will love, there will usually be a quick update so please check your email frequently to help speed this process along. Our reply will include an estimated lead time for your project.
4. DESIGN APPROVAL
Once you have carefully reviewed all aspects of the design and you feel you are 100% happy with it, your designer will get started doing. With this approval you are agreeing that you are happy with the design and that no more requests for revisions will be made, so please make sure you are completely happy with everything before giving your designer approval to install. Approving your design for installation also means that you agree to promptly pay the final balance for your order (if any remains).
5. PAY REMAINING BALANCE
Once you have approved the design, we will send you a final invoice (if applicable) for the remaining balance of your order. Please note that upon payment, your full payment becomes non-refundable. Once the balance has been paid in full, we will show you the real samples by emails or by emails. ( If it is by emails, please the shipping cost should be paid by you).
What kinds of payment are accepted?
The available payment methods for purchasing cards from CharmPop are PayPal, Western Union for sample orders and Bank Transfer for confirmed orders.
What currencies can I pay?
We accept USD only
Is my privacy and personal information secure on your site?
We always guarantee to secure your payment and account information.
Will I have to pay any sales tax?
If there is any local import tax for your order, you will bear the expense for this tax. We are sorry for this inconvenience.
Do you ship internationally?
We are currently shipping to many international countries including the US, Australia, Spain, Slovenia, Germany,Italy, Japan, Bulgaria, United Kingdom, Netherlands and many others.
How much is the shipping cost?
We provide a competitive shipping price for all orders. Please contact us for more details.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The shipment will be delivered to you after 1-3 or 5-7 business days by Express.
We offer two kinds of delivery terms:
1) By express: for most of orders
2) By Sea: for larger order.
We corporate with DHL, UPS etc express companies. Your goods will be sent to you without any missing in a quite short time.
How can I track my order?
We will provide the tracking number after shipping the shipment directly to your email. Please contact us in detail cases to track for your order’s shipping information.
Do you have plastic bag for each card?
One Charm Pop Card comes with one envelope and one clear plastic bag.
When shipping, we pack our cards in 5 layer carton box (UPS quality standard) to secure the safety of your order.
Can I have a description paper for each card
We provide an extra service of including description paper in each card’s package. This paper will show how the card and the 3D sculpture look when opened.

How does MOQ work?
MOQ is the order from 500 cards, with at least 50 cards per design (for each design).
Do you have stores?
We have one main online store on Etsy and Amazon and ship worldwide. Pls check our online store here=> Link Etsy va Amazon
Also, we have the exclusive distributors in some countries and they are retailing our cards, pls contact us for further information.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns for merchandise within 15 days of purchase for most orders. With a receipt, we offer a refund in the same manner in which the original sale was made for the returned items. All items must be returned in new condition with original packaging and contents. Items cannot be returned without a receipt. Price adjustments for orders already placed will not be honored.
All items must be returned by mail, please repackage it, enclose the packing slip and send it back to us. We recommend using an insured, trackable shipping method. If you do not have the packing slip, please enclose a note with your name, billing address, order code and order date. You will be responsible for any return shipping charges.
If your card is damaged on arrival, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures of the damage and we will work with you to remedy the situation.
Order Cancellation Policy
We cannot always honor order cancellation requests.
We are trying to fulfill all of our orders as quickly as possible to ensure that you have your cards for the holidays so each order is pulled from our inventory immediately after it comes in so we can ship it as quickly as possible. Please see our return policy.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Once we have completed sending you your refund, we will inform If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
Do you have a patent?
Charm Pop Cards are patent pending. We have all of our designs copyright filed.

Where are your cards made?
We create our cards in Hanoi, Vietnam and produce them in our main factory in Thach Thanh, Thanh Hoa. We proud to have the most experienced and skillful craftsmen to produce the best Pop up cards.
